The Center for Work Rehabilitation is an Occupational Therapy practice specializing in industrial rehabilitation. We perform thorough post-offer assessments which include medical history documentation, musculoskeletal assessments, back injury prevention training, and simulated work activities to test the essential functions of a job. We also offer Functional Capacity Evaluations, work conditioning, and work hardening programs. Our facility is a 5000-square-foot warehouse with simulations for truck driving, an oil rig drill floor and derrick, a 12-foot-high climbing structure, a shoveling pit, and much more. We can also assist in developing job descriptions and ergonomic evaluations.
